ALL VETERANS AND FAMILIES
We have several certified Chapter Service Officers (CSO), which includes four female veterans all which can assist with VA Compensation Claims for free. All CSOs are committed volunteers who care about other veterans and want to help. We can also assist with Emergency Relief and veterans who may be homeless.
Emergency Relief (ER)/Homeless assistance can be requested by visiting the DAV Chapter #13 office or by emailing er@dav13va.com or contact us at (757) 596-0062. Please note that an Emergency Relief/Homeless Grant Application must be submitted before assistance can be provided.

This is DAV #13 Victory Chapter headquarters at 1700-E George Washington Mem Hwy, Yorktown, VA 23693. We host other Veteran Service Organizations such as Douglas W. Hogge & Allen M. Tate Memorial Post 824 (Cmdr Dan Seabolt), and DAV Auxiliary, Unit 13 (Commander Sabrina Yazwinsky).
