At Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Victory Chapter 13, we are dedicated to serving the men and women who have worn our nation’s uniform. Our mission is to provide support, advocacy, and fellowship to veterans and their families—ensuring they receive the care, benefits, and recognition they have earned through their service and sacrifice.
