We have certified Chapter Service Officers (CSO), who can assist with Veterans Affairs Compensation Claims for free. All CSOs are committed volunteers who care about veterans and can assist with Emergency Relief and veteran homelessness.

Please note:  Emergency Relief/Homeless assistance can only be offered after submitting a Grant Application.

This is DAV #13 Victory Chapter headquarters at 1700-E George Washington Mem Hwy, Yorktown, VA 23693.  We host other Veteran Service Organizations such as Douglas W. Hogge & Allen M. Tate Memorial Post 824 (Cmdr Dan Seabolt), and DAV Auxiliary, Unit 13 (Commander Sabrina Yazwinsky).
